In addition; thanks to the GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining; the foot stays dry for the duration of the walk in any weather condition. The self-locking side hook on these hiking shoes guarantees a precise fit; whereas the Vibram® outsole provides lightness and good traction even on slippery ground.

The new Salathé approach shoe, stable, precise, lightweight, has been developed to meet the needs of all those who have always dreamed of a "from the car to the top" shoe. Named after one of the most iconic climbing places, it was created for via ferrata and technical approach, but its extreme comfort and versatility make it perfect for trekking and hiking. The unique height, called "up-cut", combines the freedom of a low shoe with the protection of a mid shoe. The fit is wrapping and precise thanks to the inclusion of elastic materials and an innovative construction with “to toe” lacing. The upper, in embossed suede leather, is protected by a 360° rand  to increase the protectionagainst rocks and stones. Salathè is water-repellent thanks to the specific Hydroblock® treatment, and its waterproofnees is guaranteed by the GORE-TEX Extended Comfort lining. The elasticat and breathable gusset exponentially increases the comfort, as does the pre-shaped collar made with a new technology that provides support while optimising the use of material. The microporous midsole has two different densities to provide shock absorption and torsional rigidity at the same time: its construction gives the shoe cushioning and protection, while the Vibram® Pepe outsole with Megagrip® compound ensures ultimate grip on different types of terrain.

The new Mamba hiking boot is the first model - signed by Zamberlan® - with a post-use recycled PET upper; dedicated to mountain lovers who want low environmental impact products. Mamba is recommended for light hiking and fast hiking. Mamba has a medium-high cut upper made of post-use recycled polyester with PU reinforcements and is lined with Gore-Tex. It has been designed to protect and mold to the different foot shapes. Thanks to the BOA® Fit System; tested on the field to offer quality and durability; it is possible to obtain a quick; precise and accurate fit. The Vibram® Exmoor outsole with EVA wedge and MEGAGRIP® compound provides lightness; softness and flexibility allowing you to challenge a vast variety of terrains.
