If you have bought your Zamberlan boos from this website and are not totally happy with your purchase your footwear can be returned by sending a return request within 10 days from receipt of the order. The original box and tags must be intact and still attached to the boots, the boots must be unused, undamaged and in a condition ready for re-sale.
A) click on “manage your order”, or "returns" in the homepage;.
B) enter with your order number and email address;
C) click on “returns” button and select the item/s you wish to return (filling in the fields on the right – if you want to receive a size or color replacement, please write the right one you wish to receive);
D) add notes (if needed);
E) click on “send request”.
At this point you just need to wait for a confirmation email, which authorizes or rejects the request. If the return is accepted, then you can proceed with the shipment of the parcel to:

Zamberlan® will process your request within 15 work days.
For refunds, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have ordered the refund following appraisal of the goods received.
In case of replacement, you will receive an email with the new tracking number, as soon as we have shipped the new item (Zamberlan® will pay for transportation costs from its premises to you).
